Ingredients
- 25 grams Dark chocolate (chopped, 70% cocoa)
- 37 grams Condensed milk
- 10 grams Butter
- 15 grams Pistachios (shelled, roughly chopped)
- Tiny pinch Salt
Instructions
- Line a small plate or baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and a tiny pinch of salt.
- Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Stir in the roughly chopped pistachios until they are fully coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper, forming small clusters.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the clusters are firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
