Dreamy Pistachio Chocolate Clusters​

These simple clusters are a delightful mix of crunchy pistachios and sweet, rich chocolate, perfect for little hands!

Ingredients

  • 25 grams Dark chocolate (chopped, 70% cocoa)
  • 37 grams Condensed milk
  • 10 grams Butter
  • 15 grams Pistachios (shelled, roughly chopped)
  • Tiny pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Line a small plate or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and a tiny pinch of salt.
  3. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  4. Stir in the roughly chopped pistachios until they are fully coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper, forming small clusters.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the clusters are firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
