These delightful no-bake bites turn soft chocolate chip cookies into a fun, edible 'cookie dough' snack that kids will love making and eating!

Servings: 12-15 bites
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes (plus 30 minutes chilling time)

Ingredients

  • 12 Soft chocolate chip cookies
  • 4 oz (half a block) Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/4 cup Rainbow sprinkles (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the soft chocolate chip cookies into a fine meal using your hands or a food processor. Place the crumbs in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar to the cookie crumbs.
  3. Mix well with a fork or your hands until a dough-like consistency forms. If the mixture is too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time until it's pliable.
  4. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1-inch diameter).
  5. Pour the rainbow sprinkles onto a shallow plate.
  6. Roll each cookie dough bite in the sprinkles until fully coated.
  7. Place the finished bites on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up before serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
