Spicy Tuna Lettuce Wraps (Gluten-Free)​

Fresh sashimi-grade tuna with a zesty wasabi-sesame mayo and crisp vegetables, all nestled in refreshing gluten-free lettuce cups.

Ingredients

  • 75 grams Sashimi-quality tuna fillet, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Wasabi paste
  • 2 drops Sesame oil
  • ½ Carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • ¼ Cucumber, deseeded and cut into matchsticks
  • 2-3 leaves Large iceberg lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, wasabi paste, and sesame oil. Stir well to create the spicy mayo.
  2. Gently toss the sliced sashimi-quality tuna with about half of the prepared spicy mayo.
  3. Arrange the large iceberg lettuce leaves on a serving plate.
  4. Divide the tuna mixture, carrot matchsticks, and cucumber matchsticks evenly among the lettuce leaves.
  5. Drizzle with the remaining spicy mayo, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately as open-faced cups or gently fold the leaves to create wraps.
