
A rich and creamy chocolate fudge with crunchy pistachios, this treat is easy to make and perfect for a sweet snack!

Ingredients
- 150 grams Dark chocolate (chopped, 70% cocoa)
- 180 grams Condensed milk
- 15 grams Butter
- 60 grams Pistachios (shelled, roughly chopped)
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Lightly grease an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking dish and line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a heatproof bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and a pinch of salt.
- Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water). Stir constantly until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Remove from heat and stir in half of the chopped pistachios.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining chopped pistachios over the top, gently pressing them into the fudge.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely set.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
