Ingredients
- 75 grams Dark chocolate (chopped, 70% cocoa)
- 30 grams Pistachios (shelled, roughly chopped)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin, even layer using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Immediately sprinkle the chopped pistachios evenly over the melted chocolate.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely set and firm.
- Once set, break the chocolate bark into irregular pieces and enjoy!
