Speedy Chocolate Pistachio Bark​

A super easy and fun chocolate treat! Just melt, spread, and sprinkle for a crunchy, sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • 75 grams Dark chocolate (chopped, 70% cocoa)
  • 30 grams Pistachios (shelled, roughly chopped)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin, even layer using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the chopped pistachios evenly over the melted chocolate.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely set and firm.
  6. Once set, break the chocolate bark into irregular pieces and enjoy!
