Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Canneberg (Cranberries)
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Heat canola oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- Add cranberries to the hot skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet with the cranberries.
