These delightful no-bake bites turn soft chocolate chip cookies into a fun, edible 'cookie dough' snack that kids will love making and eating!
Servings: 12-15 bites
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes (plus 30 minutes chilling time)
Ingredients
- 12 Soft chocolate chip cookies
- 4 oz (half a block) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons Milk
- 1/4 cup Rainbow sprinkles (for coating)
Instructions
- Crumble the soft chocolate chip cookies into a fine meal using your hands or a food processor. Place the crumbs in a medium bowl.
- Add the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar to the cookie crumbs.
- Mix well with a fork or your hands until a dough-like consistency forms. If the mixture is too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time until it's pliable.
- Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Pour the rainbow sprinkles onto a shallow plate.
- Roll each cookie dough bite in the sprinkles until fully coated.
- Place the finished bites on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up before serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
