Ingredients
- 75 grams Sashimi-quality tuna fillet, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Wasabi paste
- 2 drops Sesame oil
- ½ Carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks
- ¼ Cucumber, deseeded and cut into matchsticks
- 2-3 leaves Large iceberg lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, wasabi paste, and sesame oil. Stir well to create the spicy mayo.
- Gently toss the sliced sashimi-quality tuna with about half of the prepared spicy mayo.
- Arrange the large iceberg lettuce leaves on a serving plate.
- Divide the tuna mixture, carrot matchsticks, and cucumber matchsticks evenly among the lettuce leaves.
- Drizzle with the remaining spicy mayo, if desired.
- Serve immediately as open-faced cups or gently fold the leaves to create wraps.
