Ingredients
- 150g, rinsed and drained Borlotti beans
- 1 tablespoon, very finely diced Red onion
- 0.5 tablespoon (7.5ml) Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon, chopped Fresh flatleaf parsley
- to taste Maldon sea salt flakes
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the rinsed and drained borlotti beans and very finely diced red onion.
- Add the chopped parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Season with Maldon sea salt flakes and black pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Serve as a relish with your favorite dishes or as a vibrant side.
