
These no-bake energy bites are a super simple, sweet treat packed with chocolate and nutty goodness!

Ingredients
- 75 grams Dark chocolate (chopped, 70% cocoa)
- 90 grams Condensed milk
- 30 grams Pistachios (shelled, finely chopped)
- Tiny pinch Salt
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. Be careful not to overheat.
- Stir the melted chocolate, condensed milk, and a tiny pinch of salt together in a bowl until well combined.
- Add two-thirds of the finely chopped pistachios to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- Using a small spoon or your hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in the remaining chopped pistachios to coat them nicely.
- Place the finished bites on a plate lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
